Refunds

Paid reports are digital goods generated from the birth information submitted at checkout.
Before Generation
If payment was completed but the report has not been generated or delivered, a full refund may be issued.
After Generation
Because each report is generated and delivered as a customized digital product, refunds after delivery are limited. We may issue a refund or replacement when there is a duplicate payment, technical delivery failure, payment error, or clear service-side generation problem.
Incorrect Birth Data
If you entered incorrect birth information, contact support as soon as possible. Oracle may offer one courtesy regeneration before delivery, but after delivery a new purchase may be required unless applicable law says otherwise.
How To Request Help
Please include your order email, order reference, product name, and a short explanation. Refund timing depends on the payment provider and card issuer.
Consumer Rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law or payment processor rules.
