Oracle collects only the information needed to create, deliver, support, and protect your report.

Information We Collect

We may collect your name, email address, birth date, birth time, birth city, traditional cycle selection, optional partner birth details, selected product, order status, report link, and support messages.

How We Use It

We use this information to calculate the Four Pillars chart, generate your English report, process checkout, send your private report link, answer support requests, prevent fraud, and keep accounting or tax records where required.

Payment Data

Card, PayPal, and payment credentials are handled by the payment provider, such as Toss Payments or another configured processor. Oracle does not store full card numbers or PayPal login details.

Report Data

Generated reports are stored with private tokenized links. Anyone with the link may be able to view the report, so please treat report links as confidential.

Service Providers

Oracle may use trusted providers for hosting, database storage, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, fraud prevention, customer support, and accounting operations. These providers may process data only as needed to operate the service.

Retention

Orders and reports are retained as needed for delivery, customer support, security, accounting, tax obligations, dispute handling, and legal compliance. You may request deletion where applicable, but some records may need to be kept for legal or accounting reasons.

You may contact support to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.
